Fighting for St Marks Hospital

Maidenhead’s MP Joshua Reynolds is continuing his campaign to improve health services in our town.
His campaign is calling for improvements to St Marks Hospital with a Walk-in Minor Injuries Unit and a Community Diagnostic Centre.
Joshua is also working to persuade health authorities that new doctor’s surgeries are required to cope with the large increase in population caused by Conservative planning policies. He was shocked when the health authorities pulled out of their plans for developing a health hub at Reform Road, and has demanded a meeting with the Health Secretary to get these important issues back on track.
Joshua says, “I have been campaigning on health issues for years and will continue to press the Government to get on with it.
“The more people that back the campaign, the more pressure there is on the Government to deliver.”

Here we are presenting a petition to the NHS.
More than twenty-five years ago, the local Lib Dems battled to bring the Urgent Care Centre to Maidenhead and we won’t stop fighting to keep it.
