Local Lib Dems are setting up a Green Team Task Force, led by Adam Bermange and Cllr Gurch Singh, following a large increase in complaints about litter, graffiti and fly tipping in Maidenhead.

Adam Bermange said, “I’d like the community spirit that we have seen throughout the Covid crisis to continue.”
“Once Covid restrictions are eased again, we will be organising regular litter picks, so if you can join us please let us know, we have the equipment and will make sure we are following the latest Covid guidance.”
Cllr Gurch Singh continued, “Also, please let us know of any places you think need the attention of our litter pickers and we can help you set up your own Green Team Task Force.”
Recently, the council have contracted out street care services, and the quality has quickly deteriorated.
Adam said, “Many of these services are better done by the council, saving us money and also giving us control over the work that is done.”
